Working Group update

- LEASE OR OWNERSHIP?: The group is continuing discussions with Perth and Kinross Council. In response to suggestions at the public meeting on 4th September, we asked the Council about a long term lease with the option to buy at a later date (instead of taking full ownership from the outset). Council officers have told us that they might be willing to provide a 25-year lease. 
- SEEKING QUOTES: We are getting help from Community Enterprise (an agency of the Scottish Government) to prepare briefs for requesting quotes from consultants for a valuation and condition survey, a feasibility study, architects drawings and a business plan.
