URGENT QUESTIONNAIRE - Save Coupar Angus Town Hall?

Perth and Kinross Council has invited proposals from local groups to bring the Town Hall into community ownership.
A small group has formed to make this happen, consisting of Clive Luhrs, Margaret Peace, Michael Gallagher, Lynda McGregor, Mike Spence, Bob Talbot and John Middleton. Public money is available from the Scottish Land Fund to prepare a business plan and carry out improvements. We are also looking into leasing parts of the building to cover running costs.
BUT, before we apply, we must carry out another community survey to establish the level of local support. Therefore we'd be very grateful if you'd spend a couple of minutes to fill in this brief questionnaire.
Please note, we aim to COMPLEMENT other facilities in the town, NOT to compete with them.
